Mix seasonings
- In a small bowl, combine fresh sage, thyme, parsley, grated apple, maple syrup, garlic, fennel seeds, and all the spices.
Prepare meat mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the ground turkey with the prepared seasoning blend. Be careful not to overwork the meat."
Form patties
- Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions (approximately 2 oz each). Flatten each into a patty and make a slight indent in the center."
Cook patties
