  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Preferably Greek oregano
  • Sea salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup English cucumber Diced with skin on
  • ½ cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled from block
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives Pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill Optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, drain well, and toss with olive oil.
