- Cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, drain well, and toss with olive oil.
- Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, slice onion, and crumble feta by hand into irregular pieces.
- Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, and oregano; slowly whisk in olive oil to emulsify.
- Combine pasta, vegetables, feta, and olives. Pour in dressing, toss gently, add herbs, and chill.
