Method
- Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Add Green Crème de Menthe, White Crème de Cacao, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate in the center and a sprig of mint on the rim.
Notes
Use White Crème de Cacao to maintain the bright green color. Shake vigorously for a frothy texture.
