Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour Super fine
  • ½ cup Protein powder Chocolate
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • 2 large Eggs Room temp
  • cup Almond milk Unsweetened
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup Or honey
  • ½ cup Dark chocolate chips For glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil For glaze

  • 1 Piping bag For batter

Method
 

  1. Whisk almond flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in eggs, milk, syrup, and vanilla until smooth batter forms.
  3. Pipe batter into greased donut pan, filling ¾ full.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until set; cool on wire rack.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip cooled donuts into the glaze.
  6. Let glaze set on the wire rack before serving.

Notes

Add coconut oil to the chocolate chips for a shiny, professional glaze. Be careful not to overbake to keep the donuts moist.
