Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough Grands! style (8 count)
  • 1 lb ground beef Lean
  • ½ onion Diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For meat
  • 4 oz white cheddar Cubed block cheese
  • 4 tablespoon butter Melted, for topping
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced, for butter

  • 1 Baking Sheet With parchment
  • 1 Pastry brush For butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown beef and onion in a skillet; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Flatten biscuit rounds. Place cheese cube and beef mixture in the center of each.
  3. Pull edges together and seal tightly. Place on baking sheet seam-side down.
  4. Mix melted butter, fresh garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush half over the raw bombs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter immediately before serving.

Notes

Brush the garlic butter on before AND after baking for the best flavor and glossy appearance. Ensure the dough is sealed tightly to prevent cheese leaks.
