Sprinkle parsley, slice, and serve hot.
Brown Beef: Cook ground beef with diced onion. Add garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, paprika. Drain well.
Make Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk, then parmesan + Italian seasoning. Simmer until thick; season.
Layer One: Spread half the beef in a greased 9x13 dish. Add half the bacon + half the cheeses. Drizzle half the sauce.
Layer Two: Repeat with remaining beef, bacon, cheeses, and remaining sauce.
Top: Optional add crispy fried onions on top.
Bake: Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Rest 10 minutes.
