Method
- Cut steak into cubes, pat dry, season generously
- Cast iron skillet over medium-high until smoking
- Steak cubes 2-3 minutes per side until browned
- Heat to medium-low, add butter to pan
- Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant
- Toss with herbs and Worcestershire sauce
- Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes
- While hot with favorite sides
Notes
Use a hot pan and dry steak for best sear. Sirloin is great, but you can sub with NY strip or ribeye too.
