Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic Minced fine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme Or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Equipment

  • Large cast iron skillet Or heavy-bottomed pan
  • Sharp knife For cutting steak cubes
  • Cutting board For prep work
  • Paper towels For drying steak
  • Tongs For easy flipping

Method
 

  1. Cut steak into cubes, pat dry, season generously
  2. Cast iron skillet over medium-high until smoking
  3. Steak cubes 2-3 minutes per side until browned
  4. Heat to medium-low, add butter to pan
  5. Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant
  6. Toss with herbs and Worcestershire sauce
  7. Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes
  8. While hot with favorite sides

Notes

Use a hot pan and dry steak for best sear. Sirloin is great, but you can sub with NY strip or ribeye too.
