  • 1.5 tablespoon Honey Local preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest Finely grated
  • 4–6 Mint leaves Torn by hand for best flavor release

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and cut all fruit evenly; set aside mint and dressing ingredients.
