Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer (Basket style preferred)
  • 1 Oil sprayer/brush (Optional but helps crisping)
  • 1 Silicone spatula (For flipping patties mid-cook)
  • Measuring spoons (For seasoning (optional))
  • 1 Timer (If air fryer doesn’t have one)

Ingredients

  • 4–6 Frozen hash brown patties - Any brand uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil spray - Or brush-on oil (optional)
  • To taste - Salt
  • To taste - Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder - (Optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika - (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
  • Lightly spray basket or use parchment liner
  • Place frozen patties in single layer, not overlapping
  • Spray tops with oil and season with salt and spices
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Add 1–2 minutes more for extra crisp if desired
  • Remove carefully and serve hot with toppings
