1 Non-stick skillet (Medium or heavy-bottomed for even heating)
1 Spatula (Preferably silicone or wooden)
1 Small bowl (For mixing sugar and cinnamon)
1 Paper towel (To pat dry bananas before frying)
Peel and slice the bananas diagonally into thick rounds. Pat dry.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add butter and let it melt completely.
Place banana slices in the pan without overcrowding. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon around them.
Let cook undisturbed for ~1.5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip each banana slice gently and cook for another 1–1.5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate, add toppings, and serve immediately.
