- Peel and slice the bananas diagonally into thick rounds. Pat dry.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add butter and let it melt completely.
- Place banana slices in the pan without overcrowding. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon around them.
- Let cook undisturbed for ~1.5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip each banana slice gently and cook for another 1–1.5 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate, add toppings, and serve immediately.
