Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie or homemade
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Pillows
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough 8-count each
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper To taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl For mixing filling
  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment
  • 1 Small saucepan For Parmesan sauce
  • 1 Pastry brush For garlic butter
  • 1 Whisk For smooth sauce
  • 1 Parchment paper Prevents sticking

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Lay out dough triangles.
  3. Spoon mixture onto each triangle.
  4. Fold corners and pinch edges tightly.
  5. Add melted garlic butter.
  6. 375°F for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Melt butter, cook garlic.
  8. Simmer gently.
  9. Add Parmesan until smooth.
  10. Add seasoning, salt, pepper.
  11. Spoon sauce over baked pillows.
