  • 1 Baking Sheet (Lined with parchment)
  • 1 Small saucepan (For Parmesan sauce)
  • 1 Pastry brush (For garlic butter)
  • 1 Whisk (For smooth sauce)
  • 1 Parchment paper (Prevents sticking)

Ingredients

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken - Rotisserie or homemade
  • 4 oz cream cheese - Softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Pillows

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough - 8-count each
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Freshly grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper - To taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley - Chopped

Instructions 

  • Combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, and seasonings.
  • Lay out dough triangles.
  • Spoon mixture onto each triangle.
  • Fold corners and pinch edges tightly.
  • Add melted garlic butter.
  • 375°F for 12–15 minutes.
  • Melt butter, cook garlic.
  • Simmer gently.
  • Add Parmesan until smooth.
  • Add seasoning, salt, pepper.
  • Spoon sauce over baked pillows.
