Instructions
Run lime wedge around glass rim and dip in red and green sanding sugar.
Pour Midori and pineapple juice into glass.
Top with chilled champagne or prosecco gently.
For non-alcoholic: mix pineapple juice, soda, sparkling water, and lime juice.
Add green food coloring if needed.
Garnish with lime wedge, cranberries, candy cane, or cherry as desired.
Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
Notes
To make this a party favorite, pre-rim glasses and batch the juice base ahead of time. Serve cold and enjoy the Grinchy holiday vibes!
