- Brown ground beef in skillet, breaking into crumbles. Add onion and garlic halfway through.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and frozen vegetables until combined.
- Spread beef mixture evenly into greased 9x13 dish.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in single layer on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 40–45 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over top. Bake 5–7 more minutes until melted.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions and parsley.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the tots for 2–3 minutes at the end. You can swap cream of mushroom for cream of chicken or make a homemade version.
