Shape the Pastries

- Sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired.
Chill the Pastries
- Chill assembled pastries in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up and enhance flakiness.
Bake the Pastries
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake pastries for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Make the Glaze
- Combine powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Whisk until smooth.
Cool and Glaze
