Method

Prep Work
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan with oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Gather all ingredients for easy access.
Soak the Stuffing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with ½ cup warm water.
  2. Stir and let it sit for 3-5 minutes until the stuffing absorbs the liquid and softens.
Mix the Meatloaf
  1. Add ground beef and eggs to the soaked stuffing.
  2. Gently mix using your hands or a spoon until everything is just combined.
  3. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Shape & Glaze
  1. Transfer the meat mixture into the greased loaf pan.
  2. Lightly press it into shape, forming a slight dome on top.
  3. If using glaze, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake & Rest
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  3. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
