Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pancake mix Any preferred brand
  • 1 Egg Large
  • ¾ cup Milk Whole or buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil Or melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix pancake mix and cinnamon.

  5. Transfer batter to a piping bag and fill donut pan ⅔ full.

  7. Let cool in the pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
  8. For glaze, mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt.
  9. Dip donuts into glaze, then add toppings if desired.
  10. Let donuts set on a wire rack before serving.
