- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Line baking sheet
- Whisk dry ingredients
- Sift matcha
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add egg, vanilla, honey
- Combine wet and dry
- Fold in mix-ins
- Roll dough into balls
- Place on baking sheet
- Press slightly
- Bake 10–12 minutes
- Let cool on pan 5 minutes
- Transfer to wire rack
