Ingredients

  • 8 oz Penne Pasta - Cooked to al dente
  • 2 Boneless Chicken ( breasts) - Cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 6 strips Bacon - Crispy crumbled
  • 1 Yellow Onion - Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 packet - Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - For topping
  • ¼ cup Green Onions - Optional for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes - Optional for spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper - To taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional - for flavor

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta to al dente, drain, and set aside.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, remove, and save fat.
  • Cook seasoned chicken in bacon fat until done, then shred.
  • Sauté onions and garlic, then add ranch seasoning and spices.
  • Mix in cream cheese, chicken broth, and cream; stir until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and bacon to the sauce. Stir to coat.
  • Top with Parmesan, green onions, and serve.
