Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently.
Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients in a small bowl.
Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
Add a spoonful of cinnamon swirl, then top with remaining batter.
Swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm muffins and serve.
