Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef - 80/20 recommended
  • 1 Yellow onion - Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard - Yellow or Dijon
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs - Large
  • 1 cup Milk Or half-and-half
  • ½ cup Bisquick mix - Or use ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar - Plus more for topping
  • Dill pickles - Optional for garnish
  • Tomato slices - Optional for topping

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Brown beef and onion
  • Add garlic, ketchup, mustard
  • Stir in Worcestershire, spices
  • Spread meat into pie plate
  • Top with cheese
  • Whisk eggs, milk, Bisquick
  • Pour over meat and cheese
  • Bake 25–30 minutes
  • Top with extra cheese
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
  • Garnish if desired
