  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter For the caramelization process.

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Adds flavor depth.
  • 1 pinch Salt To balance sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon Optional flavor enhancer.

Method
 

  1. Trim, core, and cut pineapple into uniform slices.

  5. Stir in vanilla extract at the end.
