- Dip mug rims in chocolate syrup and roll in sprinkles to coat.
- Heat milk and chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and steaming.
- Remove from heat; stir in Baileys, Vanilla Vodka, and vanilla extract.
- Pour into prepared mugs and top generously with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Notes
Rim the glasses ahead of time to let the chocolate set slightly. Adjust the vodka amount to your preference.
