Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter - Melted
  • 1 cup Sugar - Granulated
  • cup Cocoa powder - Unsweetened
  • ½ cup Flour - All-purpose
  • 2 large Eggs - Room temp
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar - Sifted
  • 10 whole Oreo cookies - Plus crumbs
  • ¼ cup Chocolate ganache - For drizzle

Instructions 

  • Mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa, then stir in eggs and flour to make brownie batter.
  • Spread batter into a greased 9-inch round pan and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread frosting over the brownie and pipe whipped cream rosettes around the edge.
  • Top with Oreos, chocolate drizzle, and cookie crumbs before slicing into wedges.

Notes

Cool the brownie base completely before adding toppings to prevent melting. Use a piping bag for the whipped cream to achieve the bakery-style look.
