  • 1 Blender (High speed preferred)
  • 1 Knife (For chopping)
  • 1 Cutting board (Standard)

Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber - Chopped
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks - Adds sweetness
  • 1 cup fresh spinach - Packed
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt - Plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup almond milk - Or water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice - Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey - Optional

Instructions 

  • Wash and chop the cucumber into chunks; peel if desired for smoother texture.
  • Add almond milk, lemon juice, yogurt, cucumber, spinach, and honey to the blender.
  • Top with frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and green.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a cucumber slice garnish.

Notes

Use frozen pineapple for a slushy texture without needing ice. Peel the cucumber for a brighter green color.
