  • 2 large English cucumbers Sliced
  • 6 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream Base for dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise Adds creaminess
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Dry mix
  • 3 stalks green onions Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper To taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into rounds or half-moons.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain and crumble.
  3. Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.
  4. Toss cucumbers with dressing, cheese, and half the bacon.
  5. Top with remaining bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes

Use English cucumbers for the best crunch and less water. Serve immediately to keep the bacon crispy.
