  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice About 2-3 limes
  • 4 cups cold water Divided
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar Or agave nectar
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves Optional
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest Optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt Optional
