  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs For coating
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 3 cups Vegetable oil For frying

Method
 

  1. Transfer to paper towels and serve immediately with garnish.
  2. Chill - Refrigerate mixture 30 minutes to firm up for easier shaping.
  3. Shape - Form mixture into walnut-sized balls using hands or scoop.
  4. Coat - Dip balls in egg wash then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry - Cook in 350°F oil for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain - Transfer to paper towels and serve immediately with garnish.
