Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and salt until fully blended in a shallow dish.
  • Dip bread sticks for 5 seconds per side in egg mixture, making sure they’re fully coated.
  • Heat butter in skillet over medium; cook sticks 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Roll hot sticks in optional powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup or dipping sauce.
