- Peel, dice apples, toss with lemon juice.
- Simmer apples with butter, sugar, spices, vanilla.
- Add cornstarch slurry, stir until glossy.
- Let apple mixture cool before wrapping.
- Place filling on wrapper, fold and seal with egg wash.
- Preheat to 350°F or air fryer to 375°F.
- Fry 2–3 minutes or air fry 8–10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy warm with caram
