  • 1 Baking Sheet (Must fit in the freezer)
  • 1 Parchment paper (Prevents sticking)
  • 2 Small bowls (One for egg wash, one for coating)
  • 1 Food processor (optional) (For finer cornflake crumbs)
  • 1 Silicone tongs (To remove ice cream from air fryer)

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream - Pre-scooped frozen solid
  • 2 cups Cornflakes - Crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar - Mixed with cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon - For flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt - Enhances taste
  • 2 Egg whites - Lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Honey - Mixed into egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - For extra flavor
  • Cooking spray - Light mist before air frying

Instructions 

  • Scoop ice cream balls and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Crush cornflakes and mix with cinnamon-sugar.
  • Whisk egg whites, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Dip frozen ice cream ball into egg wash.
  • Roll in crushed cornflakes, pressing firmly.
  • Freeze coated balls for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat coating process for extra crunch.
  • Freeze overnight for best results.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Lightly spray coated balls with oil.
  • Air fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with toppings.
