Instructions
Scoop ice cream balls and freeze for 2 hours.
Crush cornflakes and mix with cinnamon-sugar.
Whisk egg whites, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
Dip frozen ice cream ball into egg wash.
Roll in crushed cornflakes, pressing firmly.
Freeze coated balls for 30 minutes.
Repeat coating process for extra crunch.
Freeze overnight for best results.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Lightly spray coated balls with oil.
Air fry for 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately with toppings.
