Ingredients

  • 3 cups Diced potatoes - Russet Yukon Gold, or Red
  • 1.5 tablespoon Olive oil - Russet
  • 1 teaspoon Salt - Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper - Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika - For color and flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder - Optional

Instructions 

  • Dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes and pat dry.
  • Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray basket.
  • Arrange potatoes in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket.
  • Cook 5-10 minutes more until golden
  • Serve hot with fresh herbs or dipping sauce.
