  • 3 cups Diced potatoes Russet Yukon Gold, or Red
  • 1.5 tablespoon Olive oil Russet
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika For color and flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder Optional

Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer Basket or tray type
  • 1 Sharp knife For dicing potatoes
  • 1 Mixing bowl For seasoning
  • 1 Tongs or spatula To shake or flip potato

Method
 

  1. Dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray basket.
  4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket.
  6. Cook 5-10 minutes more until golden
  7. Serve hot with fresh herbs or dipping sauce.
