  • 3 Coffee beans For garnish
  • Whipped cream Optional topping
  • 1 Cinnamon stick Optional garnish
Optional Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar White or brown
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin puree Smooth texture
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract For warmth

Method
 

  1. Pull a fresh espresso shot or brew strong coffee.
  2. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine vodka, Kahlua, espresso, and syrup in shaker.
  4. Fill shaker three-quarters with ice cubes.
  5. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to create foam.
  6. Double strain into chilled martini glass.
  7. Dust with cinnamon and add coffee beans.
  8. Serve immediately while foam is stable.
