  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur Kahlua style
  • 1 oz Peppermint schnapps
  • 2 oz Heavy cream Or half & half
  • ¼ teaspoon Peppermint extract Optional for extra mint
  • Ice cubes For serving
For the Rim
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla frosting or corn syrup Helps candy stick
  • 3 tablespoon Crushed candy canes For rim
For Garnish
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed candy canes Sprinkling
  • 1 small Candy cane Stirrer
  • Chocolate shavings Optional

Method
 

  1. Frost rim and dip in crushed candy canes.
  2. Add fresh ice to serving glass.
  3. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, schnapps to shaker.
  4. Pour in heavy cream.
  5. Shake 10–15 seconds with ice.
  6. Strain into prepared glass over ice.
  7. Add whipped cream, crushed candy canes, mini candy cane.
