Instructions
Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden; mix with sugar on a plate.
Rub a lime wedge on the glass rim and dip into the coconut mixture.
Combine coconut water, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave in a shaker.
Shake vigorously until frothy.
Pour over fresh ice in the rimmed glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel and extra toasted coconut.
Notes
Use canned coconut milk for the creamiest texture. Toast the coconut flakes carefully as they burn quickly.
