Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker (Or jar)
  • 1 Citrus juicer (Handheld)
  • 1 Small Pan (For toasting)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut water - Pure, unsweetened
  • ½ cup Coconut milk - Canned, full fat
  • ¼ cup Lime juice - Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Agave syrup - Or simple syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut flakes - Toasted, for rim
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse sugar - For rim
  • 2 slices Lime wheels - Garnish

Instructions 

  • Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden; mix with sugar on a plate.
  • Rub a lime wedge on the glass rim and dip into the coconut mixture.
  • Combine coconut water, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until frothy.
  • Pour over fresh ice in the rimmed glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and extra toasted coconut.

Notes

Use canned coconut milk for the creamiest texture. Toast the coconut flakes carefully as they burn quickly.
