Toss chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet, brown chicken until cooked through, 6–8 minutes, remove and set aside.
Add butter and garlic to skillet, sauté 30 seconds, stir in orzo to coat in garlic butter.
Add chicken broth, bring to boil, reduce heat, cook 8 minutes stirring often.
Stir in broccoli, cook 4–5 minutes until tender and orzo creamy.
Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth, return chicken, combine and serve.
