Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until very crispy. Remove and chop. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Whisk in broth until smooth and creamy.
- In a greased 9x13 dish, combine pasta, shredded chicken, and half the bacon. Pour sauce over and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and remaining bacon over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil, bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until golden. Let rest 5 minutes, then top with chives before serving.
