Ingredients

For the Cocktail

  • 4 oz Cranberry juice - Chilled
  • 8 oz Prosecco or champagne - Chilled
  • 1 oz Orange liqueur - Such as Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice - Adds brightness

For Garnish

  • ½ cup Fresh cranberries - Use frozen for ice-like effect
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary - For aroma and festive look
  • 1 piece Orange peel - Twisted for garnish
  • Sugared cranberries - Optional for presentation

Instructions 

  • Chill glasses and ingredients thoroughly before serving.
  • Pour cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and orange juice into flute.
  • Gently pour in Prosecco to fill three-quarters of the glass.
  • Drop in cranberries and garnish with rosemary and orange peel.
