Instructions
Shape the ground beef into thick patties and season the outside with garlic and onion powder.
Sear the patties in a very hot cast iron skillet for 4 minutes per side.
Top each patty with a slice of cheddar and allow it to melt completely.
Mix the mayonnaise and black pepper to create the signature burger sauce.
Stack the patty on a toasted bun with bacon and a generous smear of sauce.
Notes
