Ingredients
  

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls 12 count
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage Cooked and drained
  • 6 large eggs Scrambled soft
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese Or shredded
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese For kick
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard For topping
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce For umami
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Baking dish 9x13 inch
  • 1 Skillet Large
  • 1 Serrated knife For bread
  • 1 Pastry brush For glazing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice rolls horizontally and place bottoms in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Cook sausage and scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
  3. Layer sausage, eggs, and cheese onto the bottom buns; cover with top buns.
  4. Whisk melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, onion, and parsley; brush over tops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; uncover and bake 5–8 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm with optional dipping sauce.

Notes

Assemble the night before for an easy morning meal. Don't skip the foil during the first half of baking to prevent the sweet rolls from burning.
