Instructions 

  • Pound chicken pieces evenly to ¾-inch thickness.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet; sear chicken 3–4 min per side.
  • Mix mayo, ranch dressing, seasoning, cheese, panko, herbs.
  • Spread topping over chicken; let rest 5 minutes.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until 165°F.
  • Broil 2–3 minutes for bubbly golden crust.
  • Let rest before serving.
