Method
 

  1. Pound chicken pieces evenly to ¾-inch thickness.

  5. Spread topping over chicken; let rest 5 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until 165°F.
  7. Broil 2–3 minutes for bubbly golden crust.
  8. Let rest before serving.
