Method
 

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Dip rims in syrup, then in cinnamon sugar.
  2. Add ice, RumChata, and Fireball to a cocktail shaker. Shake 10–15 seconds until frosty.
  3. Strain into rimmed shot glasses. Serve immediately.
