- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease muffin tin well.
- Divide bread cubes evenly into the muffin cups.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour custard over bread and let soak for 5 minutes.

- Dip warm muffin tops in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
