- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9x13 inch baking pan
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder in large bowl
- Whisk milk, melted butter, vanilla, and egg in separate bowl
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined
- Spread half the batter in prepared pan
- Mix cinnamon filling ingredients, drop over batter
- Use knife to swirl cinnamon mixture through batter
- Add remaining batter, swirl again gently
- Cook 28-32 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool 10 minutes while preparing glaze
- Beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar and milk gradually
- Pour warm glaze over slightly cooled cake
