  • 1 cup granulated sugar For brownies
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature
  • cup cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour For brownies
  • ½ cup butter Softened (for dough)
  • ½ cup brown sugar Packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar For dough
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour Heat-treated for safety
  • 2 tablespoon milk Or cream
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips For dough
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips For dipping
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil For melting chocolate

Equipment

  • 1 Mini Muffin Tin For brownies
  • 2 Mixing bowls Medium size
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl For melting

Method
 

  1. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, flour, and salt. Bake in mini muffin tin at 350°F for 12-15 mins.
  2. Beat softened butter, sugars, milk, and vanilla. Stir in heat-treated flour and mini chips to form dough.
  3. Roll dough into balls and press onto cooled brownie bites.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip the dough tops into chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with mini chips and chill for 20 minutes to set.

Ensure you heat-treat the flour for the cookie dough to make it safe to eat. Use mini chocolate chips for the best texture.
