- Pound chicken to even thickness using mallet
- Cut pocket in side of breast and season
- Add ham and cheese into each pocket
- Fold over and secure with toothpicks
- Set up breading station in three bowls
- Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs
- Place on greased baking sheet
- Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes
- Make cream sauce while chicken bakes
- Rest 5 mins, remove toothpicks, slice & serve
