Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast Boneless skinless, cubed
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas Burrito size
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Creamy style
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese Shredded or shaved
  • ½ cup bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter For toasting wraps

Method
 

  1. Sear seasoned chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.
  2. Toss lettuce, bacon, parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Place chicken and salad mixture onto tortillas; fold sides and roll tightly.
  4. Toast wraps in a buttered skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Toast the wraps seam-side down in a buttered skillet to seal them shut and add a delicious crunch. Chop the lettuce small to make the wraps easier to roll and eat.
