Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast - Boneless skinless, cubed
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce - Chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas - Burrito size
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing - Creamy style
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese - Shredded or shaved
  • ½ cup bacon - Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - For cooking chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder - Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter - For toasting wraps

Instructions 

  • Sear seasoned chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.
  • Toss lettuce, bacon, parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  • Place chicken and salad mixture onto tortillas; fold sides and roll tightly.
  • Toast wraps in a buttered skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Toast the wraps seam-side down in a buttered skillet to seal them shut and add a delicious crunch. Chop the lettuce small to make the wraps easier to roll and eat.
