- Sear seasoned chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.
- Toss lettuce, bacon, parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Place chicken and salad mixture onto tortillas; fold sides and roll tightly.
- Toast wraps in a buttered skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Toast the wraps seam-side down in a buttered skillet to seal them shut and add a delicious crunch. Chop the lettuce small to make the wraps easier to roll and eat.
