  • 12 oz Penne pasta Or any preferred pasta
  • 2 Boneless chicken breast Can use thighs for juicier texture
  • 6 slices Bacon Thick-cut preferred
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Or homemade blend
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For sautéing garlic
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Room temperature for easier blending
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich creamy sauce
  • ½ cup Chicken broth Adds depth to the sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for topping
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper (Optional) to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes (Optional) for heat
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (Optional) for brightness
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Crisp bacon in skillet, remove and set aside.
  3. Brown chicken in bacon fat.
  4. Cook garlic in butter, add cream cheese.
  5. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning.
  6. Toss cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and sauce.
