Ingredients

  • 12 oz Penne pasta - Or any preferred pasta
  • 2 Boneless chicken breast - Can use thighs for juicier texture
  • 6 slices Bacon - Thick-cut preferred
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix - Or homemade blend
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - For sautéing garlic
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Room temperature for easier blending
  • 1 cup Heavy cream - For a rich creamy sauce
  • ½ cup Chicken broth - Adds depth to the sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Freshly grated for topping
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper (Optional) - to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes (Optional) - for heat
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (Optional) - for brightness
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - For garnish

Instructions 

  • Boil pasta until al dente.
  • Crisp bacon in skillet, remove and set aside.
  • Brown chicken in bacon fat.
  • Cook garlic in butter, add cream cheese.
  • Add heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning.
  • Toss cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and sauce.
