Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen french fries Crinkle cut or thick cut
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Chopped or shredded
  • 8 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese Freshly shredded
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing For drizzling
  • 3 stalks green onions Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt For the fries

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Large rimmed pan
  • 1 Parchment paper For easy cleanup
  • 1 Cheese Grater For fresh cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries in a single layer, sprinkle with salt, and bake 20-25 mins until very crispy.
  3. Layer cooked chicken, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheese over the hot fries.
  4. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch, garnish with green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use thick-cut or waffle fries for the best structure. Serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
