  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika For color and flavor
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 4 strips Bacon Cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish
  • Sour cream For serving

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Soak 15 min in cold water, then pat dry.
  3. Toss with oil, ranch mix, garlic, pepper, paprika.
  4. Spread on sheet, bake at 425°F for 35–40 min.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan over hot potatoes.
  6. Broil 1–2 min until bubbly and golden.
  7. Sprinkle cooked bacon and parsley on top.
  8. Plate and serve with sour cream on the side.
