Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Crescent dough sheet 8 oz
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce Marinara
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Divided
  • 24 slices Pepperoni Regular
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder For topping
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano For topping

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Large
  • 1 Pastry brush For butter
  • 1 Parchment paper Non-stick

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll dough and cut into 4-6 rectangles.
  3. Spread sauce on each rectangle, leaving a border.
  4. Layer with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with extra dipping sauce.

Notes

Pinch the seams tightly to prevent leakage. Top with extra cheese before baking for the signature golden crust seen in the photos.
