Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll dough and cut into 4-6 rectangles.
- Spread sauce on each rectangle, leaving a border.
- Layer with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra dipping sauce.
Notes
Pinch the seams tightly to prevent leakage. Top with extra cheese before baking for the signature golden crust seen in the photos.
